Scope of services includes electrical, mechanical, architectural finishes, utilities and service areas of almost 26,066 m2 of office space and 20,000 m2 of parking areas. The mechanical works include HVAC, BMS,  plumbing and firefighting works. 

Scope of Services

The electrical works includes supply, installation and commissioning of bus bar trunking, power cables, wiring devices and accessories, distribution transformers, medium voltage ring main units, primary medium voltage switchgear, main distribution boards, power and lighting panels boards, motor control center & associated works panels, cables and cable trays, lighting outlets and fixtures, earthing & fire alarm and voice evacuation systems, automatic transfer switches, interruptible power supply, ionization lighting protection system. Firefighting works include supply, installation and testing of valves, pipes and fittings, fire pumps, FM 200 system & CO2, fire extinguishers and water system
