• Providing all Preliminary studies, including Geotechnical reports, structure and foundation designs and legalization
• Providing all the required concrete works necessary for the building structure including concrete filler block slab 30+10, column Unit, steel Stair and railing Unit
• Implementation of the sewage system and sanitation system
• Implementation of rain water drainage system
• Supply and installation of façade blocks concrete
• Supply and installation of Aluminum windows and ventilation grids 
• Supply and installation of glass main entrances
• Implementation of all roof works including insulation and slops
• Implementation of all internal walls including internal partitions
• Supply and installation of a hot water production solar system
• Latex dust free and surface treatment to concrete floors, slabs or screeds
• Supply and installation of sound absorbing suspended ceiling
• Supply and apply of technical raised floor
• Cladding and painting works
• Supply and installation of all sanitary works and bathrooms fittings 
• Supply and installation of all doors works including fire rated doors

Electromechanical works

• Supply and installation of HVAC systems including all accessories and fittings
• Supply and installation of fire protection and fighting systems including all accessories and fittings
• Supply and installation of all required High-Voltage works
• Protective grounding systems works and lightening system
• Supply and installation of all required low voltage works including UPSs, boxes, cables, distribution panels, lighting fixture, trays, and all types of required sensors
